Two LSU baseball players receive Preseason All-American honors from Perfect Game

LSU lost some key pieces, but the cupboard is far from bare entering 2024.

Two LSU baseball players have been named to the Preseason All-American Team by Perfect Game. Both of them are juniors and both of them are transfers.

Third baseman [autotag]Tommy White[/autotag] and starting pitcher [autotag]Luke Holman[/autotag] are the two Tigers that have earned preseason All-American honors from Perfect Game.

Tommy Tanks transferred to LSU after breaking the single-season home run record as a Freshman at NC State. Last season, White had a .374 batting average with 24 doubles, 24 homers and 105 RBI. He was the cleanup hitter in a lineup that was one of the most productive lineups in the country.

Holman transferred to the bayou after spending two years at Alabama. Last season, Holman was the Ace pitcher for the Crimson Tide. He finished the season with a 7-4 record and a 3.67 ERA in 81 innings.

If the Tigers want to defend their national championship, these two guys will play a pivotal role in the team’s success.
