The New York Giants have had a tough year. Heading into Sundays game with the Indianapolis Colts they had just two wins. Two former Kentucky football stars would help them get their third.

Wide receiver Wan’Dale Robinson spent just one season at Kentucky, but had a huge year with 104 receptions for over 1,300 yards. He was a second round pick of the Giants.

Andru Phillips was a cornerback for the Cats from 2020 to 2023 and wound up being a third round pick in 2024.

On Sunday, for the Giants, both were integral to the team’s victory. Robinson had five receptions for 71 yards and touchdown. He had a couple of big catches late. Andru Phillips, meanwhile, would get his first career interception late in the game.
