The Eagles officially have a new backup quarterback after general manager Howie Roseman traded a late-round pick to the Steelers for Kenny Pickett.
Pickett was set to enter his third season with Pittsburgh after the franchise selected him with a first-round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.

Pickett started 24 games in his first two seasons with the Steelers, as Pittsburgh went 7-5 in games he was under center in both years.
Picket completed 62.6 percent of his passes for 4,474 yards, 13 touchdowns, and 13 interceptions during his career, giving Philadelphia an experienced backup quarterback.
