The Atlanta Falcons lost a 17-14 heart-breaker to the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday afternoon. Kicker Younghoe Koo, who has been automatic all season and had converted 27 straight kicks, finally showed that he is human after all.
Koo missed a chip shot game winner in the final moments that would have sent the game to overtime. Here is how twitter handled Atlanta’s last-second loss to the defending Super Bowl champs.
Ain’t no way this team prepared for the Falcons because this is inexcusable

Can Pat Mahomes deliver in crunch time against the Falcons defense? A legitimate question you never thought could be asked.

You can’t make it up. 27 straight before the miss. Still our Pro Bowl Kicker, but this one leaves us totally heartbroken. #RiseUpATL

All the Chiefs fans in the bar just went nuts on that missed field goal. Of all the unexpected things from this game… put that one up there near the top.
