Georgia (5-0, 3-0) is fresh off a 37-0 win over No. 8 ranked Arkansas in Athens.
CBS waited until the last minute to decide whether to give the slot to Georgia or to Arkansas. With Georgia beating Arkansas, it only makes sense to give the spot to UGA.
Georgia has won 13 of the last 16 games against Auburn, including the last four meetings. Last year, UGA beat Auburn 27-6. It was also the first time the Deep South’s Oldest Rivalry had been played in October since 1936.
