Trojans Wired evaluates USC men’s basketball bubble situation and more

Catch our latest #USC men’s basketball podcast: bubbles, the bench, and Boulder, Colorado. @IanHest produced the show.

The USC Trojans are on the middle of the bubble, and they are likely to stay there until Selection Sunday. They might buck the odds and go on a huge winning streak or endure a big collapse, in which case their NCAA Tournament fate will be clearly known heading into Selection Sunday (March 12). The odds, however, are much higher than USC won’t move too far from the bubble and will probably have to sweat out the selection show in a few weeks.

There is a lot to discuss with USC’s bubble situation. You will get that on our new men’s basketball podcast. You will also get a discussion of this Thursday’s crucial game at Colorado, the coming week’s Mountain road trip (which moves to Salt Lake City on Saturday for a game at Utah), and the bubble outlook for Arizona State and Utah, the two other Pac-12 bubble teams.
