De’Vion Harmon — Jerry West Award Watch List
Another addition to the Oregon roster through the transfer portal, shooting guard De’Vion Harmon has been named to the Jerry West Award watch list, and is one of 20 players to make the list.
Harmon was also a second-team selection to the Pac-12 preseason all-conference team, and he played in 25 games for the Oklahoma Sooners last season, averaging 12.9 points, 3.4 rebounds, 2.1 assists, and 1.1 steals per game.
A year ago, Oregon’s Chris Duarte was the first Ducks player to win the award on his way to being named the No. 13 overall pick in the NBA Draft. If Harmon can play to his ceiling this season, there is a good chance the award will stay in Eugene.
