Buffalo Bills cornerback Tre’Davious White hasn’t been the happiest about his player rating in the EA Sports NFL football video game, Madden. The latest chapter of the yearly game, Madden 21 is set to release soon.
As tradition goes, the player ratings were released prior to the video game hitting shelves and actual NFL players certainly pay attention to it. White was no exception. But despite White’s disappointment, things aren’t all bad for the Buffalo Bills’ cornerback.
Releasing the top-10 cornerbacks in the game this week, White clocked in at a 90 overall, a tie with the Packers’ Jaire Alexander. Those two tie for the fourth-best cornerback overall, trailing only the Patriots’ Stephon Gilmore, Rams’ Jalen Ramsey, and 49ers’ Richard Sherman.
Here’s the full top-10:

Prior to the official releasing of the player ratings, White also appeared in a commercial for the game, in it, he’s not happy with his rating. But White even extends that unhappiness following the official player ratings release. At one point, White was rumored to be an 89 overall. Then after the complaining prior to the actual release of ratings by White and many, many Bills fans, he was bumped to a 90.
White didn’t want that pity boost:
Man y’all had me geeked thinking y’all was gonna do right by me but to add one point is quite worst than before. Man just bump me back down to a 89 smh …. 😂😂 https://t.co/acwmw10A4Y

Sometimes you just can’t ever make someone happy, but that’s a great thing for Buffalo. White’s almost certainly going to be more motivated by this slight and another All-Pro season might be en route in 2020 now (which was already possible, anyway).
