‘Travis Swift-Kelce’: An official NFL YouTube preview of Dolphins – Chiefs has an new name for the tight end

They actually called him “Travis Swift-Kelce.”

I had no idea that Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift got married, and that the Kansas City Chiefs tight end changed his last name!

I kid. But in a video from the NFL’s YouTube page that previews this weekend’s extremely cold Miami Dolphins game in Kansas City that’ll be streaming exclusively on Peacock, the narrator calls the Kelce by this name: “Travis Swift-Kelce.”

I can’t figure out if the hyphen belongs in there or if it’s more like, “Travis Swift … [er] Kelce.” But either way, fans are picking up on it and are very amused by it, as they should be:
