Travis Kelce was reportedly ready to fly to Europe to support Taylor Swift amidst foiled Vienna Eras Tour terror plot

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end was reportedly very supportive amid terror plot cancelations.

When a terror plot to attack Taylor Swift’s concert in Vienna, Austria was uncovered, it led to the cancelation of three Eras Tour shows. Three young men have been arrested in connection to the attack, which reportedly planned to use explosives, vehicles and various knives and machetes to injure as many concert goers as possible.

Sources on Thursday revealed to Page Six that Swift’s boyfriend, Kansas City tight end Travis Kelce, was concerned for the 14-time Grammy winner. Friday, The U.S. Sun shared that the Chief reportedly was ready to fly to Europe in support of his girlfriend.

According to the source, “[Kelce] even suggested flying to Austria to be there for her if she wanted him to do so, even if it was for a day or two, but Taylor is going to keep working and focus on the next dates, with the London concert, to wrap up the Euro part in the best way.”

With training camp in full swing, Kelce didn’t head overseas, but he’s reportedly been available and supportive by phone. “Travis contacted Taylor very fast and talked with her for a while to show support and see how she was feeling with that tense situation,” the same source told The Sun.

As of now, the shows in London are still slated to begin on August 15.
