The Caleb Love transfer saga has seemingly come to an end.
The former North Carolina star is taking his talents to the Pac-12 to play for Arizona next season. Love previously committed to Michigan back in April, but chose to reopen his recruitment.
Love played three seasons in Chapel Hill before entering his name in the portal back in March. He averaged 16.7 points, 3.8 rebounds and three assists, helping lead North Carolina to the national championship game in 2022.
A bit of a down year in 2023 made Love feel as if a change of scenery was in order.
Rodney Terry and Texas were in the mix for the top transfer from the jump, but will now have to look elsewhere to fill out the rest of the Longhorns roster.
Texas has been extremely active in the transfer portal this offseason adding a handful of immediate impact players to the team. Former Oral Roberts guard Max Abmas leads the group of Longhorn newcomers.
