The “Georgia looks beatable” discourse was fun while it lasted.

The two-time defending national champions throttled the Kentucky Wildcats in front of their home fans, their first No. 1-looking win of the 2023 season.

Water returned to level elsewhere in the SEC, too. After an early loss, the Alabama Crimson Tide control the SEC West again after a victory over Texas A&M. The LSU Tigers needed a furious four-touchdown comeback in the second half to prevent Missouri from starting 6-0.
