Home or away, take your pick.

New England’s dominance over the Bills has been written about enough. The Patriots are currently on a seven-game winning streak against the Bills. That means the Bills’ current front office with McDermott and general manager Brandon Beane have never beaten the divisional foe.

But it seems like a new day is upon us. Quarterback Tom Brady, who was 32-3 as a starter against Buffalo, has now moved onto to warmer pastures in Tampa Bay.

This game could represent the changing of the guard in the AFC East. The Patriots have had a death grip on the divisional title since 2009. Now, it appears that their grasp is loosening. With the Bills moving from underdog/nice story to favorite to knock off New England from their throne, this game has a great deal of intrigue.

It would also be a great case study in the effectiveness of coaching. Can Bill Belichick defeat a team whom he has dominated over the past two decades? Or, was the success due to their quarterback?

In any event, a primetime matchup would pit these two teams on display. One team is trying to hold onto their reign, while the other is coming up to steal the crown.
