Yes, Carter-Williams is this high on a Sixers list. His rookie season was pretty impressive while being one of the only real threats to do anything other than Thaddeus Young. Carter-Williams did end up winning Rookie of the Year for the 2013-14 season when he averaged 16.7 points, 6.3 assists, and 6.2 rebounds. However, plenty of other limitations kept him from truly being a part of the Process and he was flipped to the Bucks in his second season at the deadline. He then flamed out in Milwaukee and has bounced around the league since.
