The New England Patriots must have locked in like the second half of Super LI when making their 2023 schedule release video.
On Thursday night, the team dropped an epic video that included a multitude of retired Patriots players, including Devin McCourty, Rob Ninkovich, Andre Tippett, James White and others.
It even included an unexpected appearance from legendary quarterback Tom Brady.
The concept of the video centers around McCourty entering the Patriots’ “retirement house” with the team’s scheduled 2023 meetings popping up throughout the multiple vignettes. Along with Brady, there are also mentions of other Patriots greats, like former receiver Julian Edelman and tight end Rob Gronkowski.

The addition of Brady is a feel-good moment for Patriots fans. There will be plenty more to come with the future Hall of Famer slated to be honored in the team’s home opener against the Philadelphia Eagles.
It isn’t a pretty schedule for the Patriots, who will face a murderer’s row slate of opponents filled with expected playoff contenders. But the return of Brady, at least for now, takes away some of the sting before the season arrives.
