It’s tough to be a rookie in the NBA. You have veterans ordering you around, you have to adjust NBA life and NBA style of play, and you have absolutely got to get the team’s food order right or suffer the consequences.
Philadelphia 76ers rookie Matisse Thybulle has worked his way to becoming one of the better rookies in the league, but as the team got on the plane on Friday to head to Dallas for their matchup with the Mavericks, he messed up the food order.
Tobias Harris, the team veteran and the proverbial “big brother” of Thybulle’s, did the honor of roasting the rookie. Harris was upset that Thybulle did not get Popeye’s fries, only Chik-Fil-A, and he also did not get enough biscuits for everybody.

Harris was upset earlier in the week with Thybulle after he found some selfies the rookie took on his phone. Now, the veteran forward won’t be able to get his Popeye’s fries. Such is the life of an NBA rookie. [lawrence-related id=23231,23208,23195]
