Titans vice president Gil Beverly relieved of duties

After four seasons with the franchise, the Titans have relieved Gil Beverly of his duties.

The Tennessee Titans have made a changes to their executive staff, one of which includes relieving senior vice president, chief marketing and revenue officer, Gil Beverly, of his duties.

The news comes from Eric Jackson of Sportico and has since been confirmed by Titans beat writer, Paul Kuharsky. The reason behind the move remains unclear.

“I wish the team well and am looking forward to a great season on and off the field for the franchise,” Beverly said in a text to Kuharsky.

Beverly, who ascended to one of the franchise’s top executives in the last two years, first joined the Titans in 2019, serving as the team’s vice president of brand, marketing and communications.

Former general counsel and chief of staff, Dan Werley, is now the senior vice president and chief operating officer, and former vice president of business operations, Adam Nuse, will take on the role of senior vice president and chief revenue officer.
