Titans’ Treylon Burks leaves locker room on crutches after Week 4 injury

An injury update on Titans WR Treylon Burks.

Tennessee Titans 2022 first-round pick and wide receiver Treylon Burks suffered a foot injury in the fourth quarter of the Week 4 win against the Indianapolis Colts that led to his being carted to the locker room.

It was an odd series of events. Burks hurt his foot on one play but was unable to get off the field in time before the Titans ran another, thus forcing him to remain on the field for the next play despite being clearly hobbled.

After said play, Burks went down to the ground and had to be helped off the field. He was then carted to the locker room and ruled out for the rest of the contest.

Following the 24-17 Titans win, Burks was spotted leaving the locker room on crutches, per multiple reports, which would seem to indicate there is bad news coming for his injury.

Of course, we don’t have an update yet on the exact severity, but things aren’t looking good for the rookie.
