Titans trade A.J. Brown out of AFC South

The Titans made a big move Thursday night during the draft, trading A.J. Brown out of the division.

In one of the shocking moves during the wild night for Round 1 of the 2022 NFL draft, the Tennessee Titans traded star wide receiver A.J. Brown out of the division to the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Colts didn’t have a pick in the first round so they were watching it all unfold. The Titans traded Brown to the Eagles for the No. 18 overall pick and No. 101 overall pick.

After the Titans made that trade, they used the No. 18 pick to select wide receiver Treylon Burks out of Arkansas, who coincidentally has drawn comparisons to Brown.

Even though Brown is out of the division, the Colts will be playing the NFC East in 2022 so they will face him at least once next season.

The Colts will have the chance to make some wide receiver additions on Day 2, but they won’t be seeing much of Brown anymore during his career.
