Titans reveal season-ticket holders’ options for 2020 campaign

The Titans have revealed the options available to season-ticket holders for 2020.

The Tennessee Titans have revealed the options available to their season-ticket holders ahead of what is an unprecedented season in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to Paul Kuharsky, season-ticket holders received an e-mail on Thursday detailing what to do if they want to attend games, or decide to opt out of the season entirely.

From the e-mail:

1. For those wishing to attend games in 2020: No action is required at this time. If we are allowed to host fans this season, seating charts will be reorganized to comply with social distancing guidelines and other health requirements, and new seating options will be emailed to you in the coming weeks, upon approval from government authorities.

2. For those wishing to defer their 2020 tickets and retain their PSLs in 2021: Please click the button at the bottom of this email and select either refund or rollover for any money paid. The deadline to defer is Friday, August 7, 2020.

No matter what season-ticket holders decide to do, they will still receive the following:

  • Complimentary NFL Game Pass and Red Zone access
  • End of season gift pack
  • Other special offers and promotions throughout the year

While the Titans have this part taken care of, we still don’t know how many fans, if any, will be allowed to attend games. Hopefully the Titans can get some clarity on that from local officials sooner rather than later.
