The 6-foot, 186-pounder leaves a legacy on Marshall as one of the school’s greatest defensive backs of all time, recording 45 pass breakups and 52 passes defensed.
“Today, I was overfilled with joy,” Jackson said after he was selected, according to a report from the team. “I am just happy to be a Titan. I am just truly happy to be a Titan.”
Cornerback Kristian Fulton, offensive lineman Isaiah Wilson, running back Darrynton Evans and quarterback Cole McDonald remain unsigned.
