Titans GM Jon Robinson talks Vic Beasley, Desmond King, much more

Jon Robinson gave some insight into the Titans’ recent moves.

Tennessee Titans general manager Jon Robinson spoke to the media on Wednesday morning via Zoom and had a ton of topics to go over after the team made some big moves on Tuesday.

Among those moves was the decision to release cornerback Johnathan Joseph and long snapper Beau Brinkley, and the team notified outside linebacker Vic Beasley that he’d be released on Wednesday.

While it was obvious why the team made those moves, Robinson gave a little more insight into them, as well as revealing the inner-workings of what went into signing Beasley and why he was late to camp.

On top of that, Robinson shared his thoughts on the progress of 2020 first-round pick and offensive tackle, Isaiah Wilson, as well as what he thinks about outside linebacker Jadeveon Clowney and the addition of cornerback Desmond King II, who was acquired via trade on Monday.
