Auburn followed up their epic Thursday night performance against Notre Dame on Friday by knocking off St. Bonaventure, 77-60, to secure the Vivid Seats Legend’s Classic championship at Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
Auburn did not find as much success offensively as they shot just 48% from the field, and connected on 33% of three-pointers. In fact, Auburn and St. Bonaventure were close in several categories. However, the Tigers used a late first-half push to take a 48-28 lead into halftime.
