Thursday injury report for Washington vs. Panthers, Week 11

Washington had two players not participate on Thursday. Could the WFT be without its top two tight ends on Sunday?

The Washington Football Team and Carolina Panthers released their second injury report of the week on Thursday. The Panthers had four players listed on the injury report, and all were full participants in practice on Thursday.

Meanwhile, the list was still long for Washington. However, the news was better on Thursday than one day ago as some players returned to practice on a limited basis.

Cornerbacks Kendall Fuller and Benjamin St-Juste were limited on Thursday after not participating on Wednesday. St-Juste remains in the NFL’s concussion protocol. Offensive tackle Saahdiq Charles was limited on Thursday after missing Wednesday with an illness.

Offensive tackle Sam Cosmi remains limited, but it’s a positive sign he was still on the practice field after returning Wednesday.

Guard Brandon Scherff and running back Antonio Gibson remained limited. Both will likely play Sunday, barring a setback Friday.

Wide receiver Terry McLaurin was a full participant on Thursday after being limited with a shoulder injury Wednesday.

Wide receiver Curtis Samuel remains out. Tight end Ricky Seals-Jones did not practice for the second consecutive day, meaning Washington could be without its top two tight ends on Sunday. That would mean rookie John Bates gets his first NFL start with Sammis Reyes also receiving plenty of playing time.

It will be interesting to see if Seals-Jones practices on Friday.
