Vit Krejci, the 37th overall pick last year, on Thursday signed a multiyear contract with the Oklahoma City Thunder, the team announced in a press release.
The contract is reportedly a four-year, minimum pact.
Krejci last played with Casademont Zaragoza in the Spanish ACB during the 2019-20 season, averaging 3.2 points and 1.2 rebounds in 37 games on 55.4% shooting from the field. He was named to the 2020 ACB All-Young Players Team.
The 6-foot-8 guard did not play last season after suffering a torn ACL in September 2020. He started practicing again in July and is progressing toward returning to the court. He spent much of the last year with the Thunder and OKC Blue while rehabbing from the injury.

Krejci was viewed by some as a potential first-round prospect last year given his ability on offense. He has a quick first step and can often drive to the basket and draw contact. He is viewed as a bit of a raw prospect but can develop those skills this season with the Blue.
