Gutty win down the stretch

This was not a game that should have been close in the first place, but Oklahoma still deserves credit for staying composed and making lots of plays late in this game to survive Iowa State’s 3-point barrage.

Austin Reaves, Umoja Gibson, Elijah Harkless, Brady Manek and Jalen Hill were all superb down the final minutes to help hang on to a win over a Cyclone team that was simply game on Saturday.

At the end of the day, any win in the Big 12 conference you will take and this could have very easily gotten away from. They survived Iowa State’s best effort in this one and avoided what would have been a really bad home loss.
