Alabama 41, Georgia 24
The 24-17 lead Georgia held in the second quarter simply couldn’t last — even on a week when Alabama head coach Nick Saban returned a positive COVID-19 test.
Georgia quarterback Stetson Bennett IV has impressed to this point, but was put to the test against one of the most historically dominant teams in the nation on the road.
Bennett struggled a bit, rather unsurprisingly considering the force he was up against, completing 18-of-40 passes for 269 yards with two touchdowns and three interceptions.
Saban now holds 22-0 all-time record against his former assistants.
