Three project players who might pay off for Minnesota

Here are some project players on the Vikings who could be contributors in the near future

Ezra Cleveland

Cleveland, drafted by the Vikings in the second round, has a chance to follow the trajectory that Brian O’Neill once did.

O’Neill was not a starter in the beginning of his career, but an injury at tackle led to him cracking the lineup. The rest is history. O’Neill not only proved to be a great replacement, but he ended up as one of Minnesota’s best offensive linemen on the roster.

Cleveland has trouble taking a proper angle on blocks in space at times. However, he has the potential to become a fundamentally sound tackle. He just needs some time.
