More fans have been charged with trespassing at the new Buffalo Bills stadium that is under construction near the current Highmark Stadium.
According to Erie County Sheriff John Garcia via WIVB-TV, three individuals were charged after the Bills’ 32-6 win over the Jets on Sunday: Kyle Bauer of West Seneca and Tanner Brunet, 31, and Owen Bainbridge, 25, both of whom are from Canada.
Per the report, the trio were attempting to take a picture inside the restricted zone.
This is the second time fans have been charged with trespassing at the construction area. The first time a 29-year-old in September did the same after allegedly taking a combination of drugs and hopping the fence.
