We’ve been talking a lot the Major League Baseball season about how bad the umps have so far. They’ve been really awful and have been ruining games just about every night.
Well, the umps might have hit a new low last night in Miami because what happened in the sixth inning of the Marlins-Brewers game was just so embarrassing.
What did this crew do that was so mind-boggling? They forgot the count. In A MLB game. Not in a little league game where the ump is some teenager working their first job. In a professional baseball game.
What’s even worse is it took them four minutes to figure out. That’s a long time!
