3. Drafted at No. 2 by Washington
The NFL community was intrigued by the Arizona Cardinals decision to draft Kyler Murray at No. 1 overall after selecting Josh Rosen the year before early in the first round.
Now there’s speculation that the Washington Redskins attempt to recreate this practice and replace their 2019 first round pick, Dwayne Haskins.
Washington’s situation is one of the most interesting in the league, as they don’t have a solid quarterback or great plan in place on either side of the ball.
Drafting Tua could either mean that Haskins will have to work harder preseason and earn his spot, or Washington can just outright move on from Haskins and enter the Tagovailoa era.
