Texas A&M is chalked full of talent this season having two consensus All-Americans on top of being a top ten-ranked team in most pre-season polls. There are even some coaches, granted anonymous, who believe the Aggies have one of the best rosters from top to bottom.
Coach Jim Schlossnagle is excited about this team and the opportunity to get back to the college world series and they have been working hard to put all the pieces in place to address the issues from last season. He brought in a pitching coach with fresh ideas to fill that void left by Nate Yeskie and they hit the recruiting trail hard to bring in talent.
There are a lot of new faces on the Texas A&M baseball team this year. Some due to incoming players via the transfer portal, some due to the new recruiting class, and lastly the 2023 MLB draft. More matter the reason now is a good time to point out a few new and familiar faces that Coach Schlossnagle will need to count on this season.
