The team ended the regular season as one of the worst passing defenses in the NFL, but was able to prevent teams from scoring with a top red zone defense. The team was good in rushing defense, not typically getting abused by opposing linebackers. Through coverage busts and miscues, the Bucs often got the job done still on defense — and the unit may just beget an All-Pro for the 2023 season.
