Christmas Eve will bring another Minnesota Vikings game against the Detroit Lions. This game isn’t going to be any other game, it will be the second winter whiteout at U.S. Bank Stadium.
If the Vikings get the win, they will be alive for the NFC North crown and a Lions win would secure their first division title since it was the NFC Central back in 1993.
If the Vikings want to keep things moving, they are going to need the defense to step up. Brian Flores’ unit was exposed by the Cincinnati Bengals with dig routes over the middle. Adjusting to counter that will be key, especially with Ben Johnson’s offense for the Lions thriving upon crossing routes.
Joining the show tonight is Dan Alter, a resident of Michigan and a lifelong Lions fan. We will discuss the importance of this game and more.
- Is Jameson Williams a factor in the passing game?
- How can Flores’ defense stop Jared Goff?
- What has been the key to the year-over-year growth for the Lions?
- Can the defense slow down Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison?
We are here to break it all down and more on the latest episode of The Real Forno Show, airing Monday and Wednesday nights at 6 pm central on the Vikings 1st & SKOL YouTube channel.
