The NFL world had so many jokes for the Giants’ hiring of Joe Judge

Who?

The New York Giants went into their coaching search with Josh McDaniels or Baylor’s Matt Rhule as their perceived top targets. But after Rhule took the job with the Carolina Panthers on Tuesday, New York waited little time to move on a backup plan.

Judge has been a part of the Patriots organization since 2012, spending a bulk of the time as a special teams assistant and coordinator.
