The Madison Square Garden Co. investor that targeted chairman and CEO James L. Dolan with sham compensation claims over his family’s sale of Cablevision Systems Corp. sought to formally end the Delaware lawsuit after Dolan agreed to give up $75 million worth of stock he got in the deal.
