The Hoosiers are one of two schools that haven’t had a first-round pick in the 21st century. Indiana’s highest pick since Lewis — a wide receiver taken 24th overall by the Giants — is Rodger Saffold. The tackle was taken by the Rams with the first pick of the second round in 2010.
