The Elder Scrolls Online is free-to-play for almost two weeks

Visit Tamriel at no additional cost for a limited time.

Itching for another high fantasy adventure but can’t wait for Elder Scrolls 6? Bethesda might have a special offer that could do the trick.

The Elder Scrolls Online is currently free-to-play until April 26, 2022, at 7:00 A.M. // 10:00 A.M. EDT // 2:00 P.M. GMT. It doesn’t matter which platform you’re on either, as the free trial is available on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5, PC, and MAC.

During the Elder Scrolls Online free trial period, you’ll have access to the base game and the Morrowind DLC. The cool part is this also lets you play the High Isle prologue questline and begin this year’s Legacy of the Bretons adventure. Remember that playing beyond the free-to-play event means you’ll need to purchase The Elder Scrolls Online. Good thing several editions are on sale!

From now until April 27, 2022, The Elder Scrolls Online Standard Edition is on sale for 70 percent off, and The Elder Scrolls Online: Blackwood is on sale at 67 percent off. However, these deals may vary slightly depending on what storefront you scoop them up off of — so keep an eye out.

While The Elder Scrolls Online may not have as much hype as World of Warcraft, Lost Ark, or Final Fantasy 14, it’s undoubtedly one of the best MMORPGs out there. So give it a try! GLHF had a lovely chat with the developers behind the game earlier this year
