The Boston Celtics did not have too much trouble with the Detroit Pistons at TD Garden on Monday night. Unlike the overtime affair that the Celtics needed to put away a much more desperate and healthy Pistons squad, Boston jumped out to a lead early and grew it throughout the contest.
