The Longhorns have received some recruiting momentum following Arch Manning’s commitment to Texas.
Since Manning announced his commitment on Thursday, several 2023 prospects began trending towards Texas. Five-star wide receiver Johntay Cook and four-star running back Cedric Baxter Jr. are two to watch.
Now, Texas has emerged as the favorite for three-star offensive tackle Connor Stroh. Horns247’s Mike Roach and Hudson Standish each entered a crystal ball prediction in favor of the Longhorns this week.
Stroh is rated the No. 43 offensive tackle in the country for the 2023 recruiting class, according to 247sports composite.
The 6-foot-6 offensive lineman is currently in Austin for an official visit.
