Texas topped West Virginia on Saturday, 38-20.
It was an impressive bounce-back win for Steve Sarkisian’s squad that suffered a heartbreaking overtime loss to Texas Tech the week prior. Against West Virginia, Texas played a complete game in all three phases.
Xavier Worthy led the Longhorns in receiving with seven receptions for 119 yards. He concluded the game with three total touchdowns, two receiving and one passing.
Ja’Tavion Sanders, Bijan Robinson and Hudson Card each had impressive performances for the Texas offense as well. Defensively, linebacker Jaylan Ford led the team with 14 total tackles.
