Texas Report Card: PFF grades from the Iowa State win

A look at which Longhorns graded well, and which ones were on the wrong end of the spectrum.

Texas pulled out a gritty win over Iowa State in Week 7.

The 24-21 win bumped the Longhorns up two spots in the latest AP Top 25 Poll to No. 20. Now Texas has found themselves in the thick of the Big 12 title race with a crucial matchup against No. 11 Oklahoma State looming next week.

Running back Bijan Robinson was the star of the show against the Cyclones on Saturday. He carried the ball 28 times for 135 yards and added on four receptions for 36 yards through the air.

Quarterback Quinn Ewers had his fair share of troubles against Iowa State, but appeared to be clutch when Texas needed him most.

As far as Pro Football Focus (PFF) grades from this game, the top performer on offense was running back Bijan Robinson, while linebacker Jaylan Ford held that honor on the defensive side. Take a look at which Longhorns graded well, and which ones were on the wrong end of the spectrum.
