Texas appears to be trending for one of the state’s best wide receiver prospects.
247Sports‘ Mike Roach entered a crystal ball projection for Texas to land four-star wide receiver Jaden Greathouse following his weekend visit to Austin. He is rated as the No. 17 wide receiver in the nation and the No. 19 overall player in the state of Texas.
Greathouse was seen on campus with other Texas wide receiver targets Johntay Cook and Kyle Parker.
The Austin Westlake product has accomplished about everything one could ask for in his high school career. Greathouse plays a key role in the Westlake offense, he has racked up over 3,400 receiving yards and 43 touchdowns in his three seasons. He helped guide the Chaps to three straight state championships.
The 6-foot-2 wideout was unstoppable in the 2021 state title game. Greathouse went off for 236 yards and three scores in Westlake’s victory.
