The Texas Longhorns are just a few days away from heading to Lawrence, Kansas for a Big 12 matchup with the Jayhawks. The team has released their two-deep depth chart ahead of the game.
Texas depth chart
The Longhorns offensive depth chart has a few differences for this week’s game. Roschon Johnson is listed as the starter over Bijan Robinson who received the most carries against West Virginia. We have seen this before from Herman, he previously had Keaontay Ingram ahead of Robinson, however it was Bijan who would start the game.
The Longhorns also welcome back Jordan Whittington who is listed as the backup to Jake Smith in the slot. Both Cade Brewer and Jared Wiley are listed at the top of the tight end position. Brewer and Wiley were both injured in practice and are questionable for the game against Kansas. The other spots are pretty much the same as they have been for most of the season.
No changes were made on the defensive side of the ball as far as the depth chart. Zach Edwards who serves as the backup long snapper will serve as the new holder for kicker Cameron Dicker. Ryan Bujcevski served as the holder for Dicker but after his ACL tear last week the Longhorns needed to find a new holder.
