Texas Longhorns QB Quinn Ewers to star in Dr Pepper ‘Fansville’ Season 7

Texas Longhorns QB Quinn Ewers has added a major NIL partnership to his growing portfolio, staring in this season’s Dr Pepper ‘Fansville’.

When you’re one of the top Heisman candidates and one of the biggest stars in college football, you’re going to be in the spotlight. Just ask Texas Longhorns QB Quinn Ewers.

In addition to being on the cover of the long-awaited EA College Football 25 and being named the new ‘face’ of premium apparel company Rhoback, Ewers will star in this season’s Dr Pepper ‘Fansville’ commercials.

‘Fansville’ is a satirical episodic drama from Dr Pepper set in a fictional college town. The popular series of commercials is in its seventh season. The Texas QB will be appearing alongside series regulars, like Oklahoma Sooners legend Brian Bosworth,  who plays the town’s Sheriff.

The soda company has released the first two new episodes “Into the Great Unknown” and “Hype Train.”

In episode three, “Call for Backup,” Quinn Ewers will take center stage. Forbes says the spot will mirror Ewers own journey and will begin airing nationally on August 26th.

Ewers discussed his role in the series and his excitement of partnering with a company that shares his Texas heritage with SI.

“I feel like Dr Pepper has always been a huge part of college football. Thinking back since I was a kid, I remember just always seeing Dr Pepper, whether that had been their tuition giveaway or these Fansville commercials. So being able to be a part of that is pretty special. Also, it’s a Texas brand. They were formed in Texas. That always adds a little bit to it for sure.” – Texas QB Quinn Ewers

The commercials will air throughout the season during college football games.
