Texas extended their 14th offer in the 2024 recruiting class on Thursday.
Versatile athlete Derrick McFall announced that he received his first offer from the University of Texas. The Tyler High product is garnering interest with a breakout sophomore campaign, and this will just be the first of many offers to come his way.
McFall makes his presence felt in all three phases. He has 20 carries for 179 yards and 21 catches for 394 yards. The 5-foot-10, 175-pound playmaker is also a threat returning kicks, as he returned a kickoff 92 yards for a touchdown last week against McKinney North.

Although he is not yet ranked, 247Sports lists him as a running back at this time. McFall is the second running back that the Longhorns have offered for the 2024 cycle, joining Stacy Gage from IMG Academy (Florida).
