Texas has re-offered Malik Muhammad, a four-star cornerback who attends IMG Academy.

Muhammad is originally from the Dallas area, where he played his sophomore season at South Oak Cliff High School. He has a family connection of playing Division I football, as his cousin A.J. Green played cornerback at Oklahoma State and cousin Jabbar Muhammad is currently in Stillwater. Another cousin, Abdul Muhammad, is a 2023 prospect as well.

Malik has been hot on the recruiting trail since the new year, picking up offers from Auburn, Cincinnati, Florida State, Michigan, and Penn State. Texas originally offered him back in November and Sarkisian’s staff extended a re-offer on Wednesday.
