Texas has made another offer to a 2022 wide receiver in Tyler Morris. A four-star prospect out of La Grange Park, Illinois, the Longhorns are getting into what seems to be a Big Ten recruiting battle.
As things stand, Michigan leads the way on the 247Sport crystal ball. Two predictions with a confidence level of seven have been inserted for the Wolverines.
Texas is not an unfamiliar foe to taking receivers away fro Michigan, with Tarik Black transferring to Austin this offseason. Now, he is expected to be the main outside receiver for Sam Ehlinger this season.
With top-rated quarterback Quinn Ewers locked into the 2022 class, Texas is going after the top receivers in the country. Four-star Phaizon Wilson has already committed. The Longhorns have offered 16 other blue-chip wide receivers, with Morris being the latest one.
