Within the past 24 hours, two Texas players have chosen to enter the NCAA transfer portal.
On Thursday night, fourth-year running back Keaontay Ingram officially decided to enter the transfer portal rather than declare for the 2021 NFL Draft or return under new head coach Steve Sarkisian.
According to Justin Wells of Inside Texas, junior defensive back Jalen Green will now look to continue his playing career elsewhere.

Prior to the Valero Alamo Bowl against Colorado, former head coach Tom Herman mentioned that Green would be cross-training at both cornerback and safety.
Green was listed as the No. 4 prospect in the sate of Texas in the 2018 recruiting class, according to 237Sports Composite rankings.
