Texas at Kansas State odds, lines, picks and predictions

Prediction

Texas 62, Kansas State 57

Money line

A veteran Texas five is the likable side due to some expected cushion in the turnover and rebound exchanges, but the pricing here is not workable on either side: PASS.

Against the spread

The Longhorns are coming off three straight home games and haven’t played a representative schedule yet. Texas is 0-4 ATS in its last four road games following three or more consecutive home games and is 1-5 ATS in their last six road games versus a team with a home winning percentage of .600-or-better.

The underdog is 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings between UT and KSU.

Look for the underdog Wildcats to triple their way into a close enough battle in a slow-paced game. TAKE KANSAS STATE +6.5 (-115).

Over/Under

The Under is 7-2 in the Wildcats’ last nine games against .600-or-better teams and is 6-2 in KSU’s last eight games and 5-1 in UT’s last six.

Texas has had some shooting woes away from home. BACK THE UNDER 123.5 (-112) in a slow-versus-slow battle.
